Shaya VM*
Pan India visual merchandiser for Shaya by CaratLane since October 2024.
CaratLane International*
End-to-End Spatial Design and Visual Merchandising for the first international CaratLane store to be opened in New Jersey, USA to be launched in October 2024.
- Retail Layout and Spatial Graphics for the store.
- Display Standards, Decor and Planogram for the store.
- Re-designed display props for better aesthetics and meeting compliances.
- Set uniforms and grooming standards for the store teams.
- Co-ordinated the export of furniture for the store.
CaratLane Packaging*
Complete re-design of CaratLane’s retail jewellery packaging:
- In-house survey of more than 400 customers to understand their needs and desires.
- A/B testing the new packaging options against existing options.
- Created additional packaging options like Tin Boxes, Silk Pouches etc. in the appropriate budgets.
- Design of packaging for IP partners including Disney.
- Design of gift cards for the newly launched DigiGold segment.
Personal Rewards
Packaging Assets for the Personal Rewards campagign targetting women celebrating their wins.

- Winner of the Golden Crew Award, CaratLane Circle of Excellence, 2024.
Paid Gifting
Developed gifting as paid add-on service at the CaratLane Signature store, Indiranagar, Bangalore:
- Design of two new gifting counters that specializes in hand-wrapping and adding customized touches to purchases intended as gifts.
- Creating gift packaging options at various price points.
- Co-working with the packaging team to curate different types of papers, ribbons and stamps.
- Training store teams to incorporate various craft techniques such as origami, wax stamps etc.
- Training store teams in creating a memorable gifting-experience that engages customers.
Achievements
- Most preferred value added service availed by more than 15% of in-store customers in the past 9 months.
- Increase in demand to 19% (from 3%) within 9 months.
- 12% increase in NPS among Customers availing this service.
Valentine’s Gifting
Due to the success of the Paid Gifting, hampers were curated for customers to purchase along with their jewellery for Valentines Day in select stores:
- Multiple hampers that included flowers, chocolates and festive wrapping, to cater to various price points.
- Trained staff in arranging hampers and presenting options to customers.
Achievements
- 17% of customers availed Valentine’s hampers in the month of February in participating stores.
- 31% of customers availed this service on Valentine’s Day.
- 5% higher NPS amongst customers availing this service.
CL Live
Completely re-imagined the CaratLane Live online video retail service:
- Spatial design of a new experience center.
- Visual Merchandising within the experience center.
- Introduction of up-to-date IT technologies.
- Grooming & training of sales consultants.
Achievements
- Winner of the Outstanding Titanian Dream Team Awards 2023.
- 1.7x increase in within the same month conversion.
- 14.75% increase in average conversion by in one quarter.
- 42% increase in Quality scores.
- ₹25 crore in revenue (with only 3 setups).
- 29% increase in the NPS.
Digital Screens
Complete overhaul of the in-store digital screen coordination and management processes:
- Established new procedures for CMS vendors and Store teams to timely play promotions and other digital content.
- Collaboration with the Brand team to curate digital content relevant to customers in a catchment.
- Maintaining a pan-India database of screens.
Achievements
- Reduced TAT for new campaign publishing from 1 week to 2 days.
- Reduced resolution time of technical issues from 3 days to 1 day.
Customer Wall
Creating a wall space within a store that celebrates stories and life moments of local customers:
- Creating Social Media feed for customers interaction.
- Set the process from acquiring customer stories to execution on-site.
- Designing the elements and coordinating with the stakeholders.
- Training store team to help customers engage with the wall.

Solitaire Research
Research for co-creating (with Business Development) a proposal for more sustainable and scalable Solitaire sub-brand in the CaratLane portfolio:
- Analysing our current Solitaire experience to identify areas for improvement.
- Competitor research to identify strengths and weaknesses in their Solitaire experiences.
- Intensive primary research of over 350 customers, studying their behaviours and journey patterns to better understand their needs and expectations.
- Providing actionable design and service solutions to improve the CaratLane Solitaire experience.
Achievements
- Pitched a proof of concept for a revamped Solitaire sub-brand to the CEO of Titan.
